Description

A striking antique brass wall sconces dating to approximately 1910–1925.

The sconce features a simple curved brass arm, circular brass wall plate and an unusually decorative pressed brass socket housing with subtle Art Nouveau detailing. The original-style bell-form glass shade has alternating frosted and clear vertical ribs, producing a soft diffused light while retaining the sculptural quality of the glass.

The brass has been left with its naturally aged surface and patina.
