Shipping policy
Scott Landon Antiques and Interiors organizes shipping on behalf of the customer. Every Associated Shipping costs are under the responsibility of the customer. Any damage or issue caused by shipping is the responsibility of the respective shipping agent, not Scott Landon. The measurements of the products that are being shipped are provided. The customer must verify they are able to be delivered into the intended dwelling prior to purchase. The delivery charges are not refundable for unsuccessful delivery attempts (ex: customer not at the delivery address at agreed date and time or for orders that do not fit into building/residence) or for the approval of deliveries and pick-ups. The customer agrees to accept the delivery or arrange pick-up within 30 days of the order becoming available. After these 30 days of availability of pickup or delivery of the order, the customer understands and agrees to a 5% storage charge per month for the cost of any and all goods up to 6 months. The customer is responsible for the inspection of all goods following receival, and is considered to have accepted the shipment unless Scott Landon is notified of any issue in the shipping process within 48 hours of receival. In the event of a shipping error, Scott Landon’s only obligation is to accept the return in its original packaging and existing condition and ship the correct item to the customer.
