A vintage hand-knotted area rug with a vivid red field, an intricate navy and ivory floral medallion, and sweeping ivory corner panels. Blue, green, and pink details carry through the floral border. The strong colour and balanced design make it an excellent large rug for a living room or dining room.

The woven pattern is visible on the reverse, and the white fringe extends from the foundation. The pile appears full in the photographs. There is minor irregularity and wear at the edges and fringe consistent with use.
