This original French Art Deco travel poster was designed by Roger Broders around 1923 for the Paris–Lyon–Méditerranée (PLM) railway, promoting excursions to the Calanche de Piana in Corsica. Printed as an original stone lithograph on paper, it reflects Broders’ signature use of bold colour planes and dramatic, simplified landscapes.

Created to encourage early 20th-century leisure travel by rail and automobile, posters like this were displayed in stations and public spaces and were never intended to survive. Today, original examples are prized for their graphic power, architectural scale, and importance within the golden age of French travel poster design.
