Antique Spanish Revival Wrought Iron Hanging Lantern, c. 1920–1935

An exceptional hand-forged wrought iron pendant lantern dating to the first quarter of the twentieth century. Beautifully executed with hammered iron construction, twisted uprights, Gothic-inspired cresting, scrolling ironwork, and a richly detailed pierced gallery decorated with fruit and foliate motifs.

The open-frame design highlights the exposed Edison-style bulb, emphasizing the lantern’s architectural character while maintaining its historic integrity. The aged iron surface displays a wonderful original patina developed over decades.

Originally designed for a grand entrance, hallway, lodge, or Mediterranean Revival residence, this fixture has been professionally rewired and is ready for installation.
