6 maps included.

A rare and complete early 20th-century Canadian classroom pull-down map system, featuring a solid oak wall-mounted cabinet storing multiple educational maps, including a detailed Province of Alberta map published by E.N. Moyer Co. Ltd. of Toronto and Winnipeg.

These cabinets were fixtures in Canadian schools, designed to hold a series of roll-down maps used in geography and history instruction. The maps are printed on paper backed with canvas and mounted on original wooden rollers, allowing them to be easily displayed and stored.

Beyond its educational history, this piece offers strong visual impact — combining graphic cartography, warm oak cabinetry, and authentic patina. It functions as both wall sculpture and historic artifact, ideal for libraries, studies, creative spaces, or interiors with an industrial or academic aesthetic.
