This holophane pendant is comprised of three separate pieces -- a ribbed upper shade, decorative lower bowl, and white glass insert. If you prefer a more opaque look, simply unhook the metal clasps and remove the glass insert from the inside. Overall, the decorative bowl gives the light a considerably more elegant look than other prismatic fixtures, making it perfect for home, office, or other commercial spaces.
