This is an antique glass display counter, also known as a low display case or vitrine. This example has scrolled feet, excellent form and great old paint. Found in France. It is a low-profile, elongated cabinet with a wooden frame and glass panels on all sides. It is designed for displaying items, often used in retail shops or museums in the late 19th early 20th century.
