Description
Pair of original roof top finials ... copper   construction began in 1896
In  1990,  the  federal   government   designated St. Dunstan’s Basilica a National Historic Site of Canada citing it as one of the most elaborate churches in the Maritimes and a fine example of High Victorian Gothic Revival architecture.

St. Dunstan's Basilica is the cathedral of the Diocese of Charlottetown in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It is named for St. Dunstan, the Anglo Saxon saint from Glastonbury. The structure is located at 45 Great George Street, between the harbour and the Confederation Centre of the Arts. These decorative, solid copper pieces were seen throughout the city of upper end style buildings. These beauties are a sculptural gem.
