Pair of tall vintage wrought iron floor candlesticks with hand-worked construction and a strong sculptural form.

Each features a hammered central stem rising from a four-footed base formed from heavy curled iron straps. Wide circular drip pans accommodate substantial pillar candles. The hand-hammered texture of the uprights and individually formed scroll feet give the pair a distinctly Arts & Crafts / European revival character.

The iron retains a dark aged surface with areas of oxidation and wear. Particularly attractive as a pair despite the slight variation in height and base construction.

Suitable for use beside a fireplace, in an entryway, dining room or other large interior.
