A refined hexagonal form with tapering body, fitted with textured glass panels and a hinged access door. Suspended beneath a cast pulley-form element—an ornamental nod to early mechanical service systems, rendered here as a purely decorative architectural detail.

The casting is substantial throughout, with a deep, aged patina from long-term institutional use. A strong blend of classical proportion and industrial design language.
