Description

 An antique French wall mirror in Louis Philippe style, made in France 1870-1880. On top a crest with a shell motif flanked by acanthus scrolls. The mirror is entirely gilded with gold leaf. The gold leaf has some wear, the underneath red bole gives a nice warm and antique patina. The glass is in good original condition.
