Complete light fixture with original copper fitter.

Antique Art Deco flush mount ceiling light dating to approximately the 1930s.

The fixture features a copper-toned metal ceiling mount surrounding an unusual period glass shade. The shade combines broad bands of white opal glass with clear patterned glass, terminating in a deeply textured concentric glass diffuser.

A particularly good example of Art Deco lighting, with strong geometric detailing and a compact flush-mount profile well suited to hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms or rooms with lower ceilings.

The copper-toned metal retains an attractive aged surface. The contrasting opal and clear glass gives the fixture considerable visual interest both illuminated and unlit.
