Elegant Small Napoleonic period frame with a central bevelled mirror, four mirrors on the sides, and rich ornaments; was made with brass decorations worked with repoussé

(embossing = a technique for detecting drafts, figures, or pre-established drawings on the surface of sheet metal using a hammer and rounded punches on the back);

The elaborate decorations are in French rococo style with flowers, fruits, and rocailles; the embossed slabs have been handcrafted to a metal back plate.
