Original-style diamond-shaped bone escutcheons provide a particularly attractive period detail. The dresser stands on simple square stile feet formed as continuations of the carcass uprights, a construction associated with provincial Welsh furniture of the period.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAbove is a tall open plate rack with three display shelves and a moulded cornice. Brass bail handles are present; these may be later replacements.
