Quick update on a few items recently acquired from several collections back east ,and some fresh picked gems never offered before to the open market. To start , a really great 18th c pine buffet , a small 1830 Quebec armoire in green over blue polychrome paint , outstanding 7 ft 1860 apothecary in great old crusty white surface, Newfoundland 5 ft 1810 seamens chest in ochre over old blue , 9 ft industrial table, several great vintage signs including a very early1840-50 11 ft "Carriage works" wooden
beauty. We also cleared a factory back east which included 30 simple stools and several good tables. One other item of not is a large 19th c pine display case 10 ft x10 ft..from the Montreal school of Music.

Very nice pine mid 19th c apothecary in old white layered surface with dovetailed drawers, nice simple base and original knobs.
This beauty was found in a old 1850 General store in South shore of Montreal.

Store Owner

Merchant, collector, buyer, picker, shop owner. To be in this business one must wear many hats. I am still fascinated by the items that surface from our ancestors and believe in the importance of saving, keeping and educating about those pieces handed down from the early settlers. I still like certain things and believe in what I buy, and what I offer for sale.

No rules, beautiful items, antique, urban, industrial, art .... have a way of coming together; sometimes looking back is a way to move forward.

After 20 years in the business, lots of traveling, lifting, refinishing, scrutinizing, I invite you to visit my store and I hope you will like the feel and what you see.
